Preventative Maintenance Agreements

Preventative maintenance will extend the life of your air conditioner and will help it run as efficiently as possible. Dirt and grime can build up on components over time. This causes your AC to work harder and will reduce the lifespan of your AC and it's ability to properly cool your home.
Our agreement includes: ​2 visits per year. Included in these visits are an inspection and a system cleaning.​

What is involved in an inspection?

During an inspection our professional service technician will:

  • Check indoor and outdoor coils.

  • Check safety controls.

  • Check for proper system voltage and amperage.

  • Check for proper temperature differential.

  • Check electric heater (if any.)

  • Check for proper airflow.

  • Check electrical connections.

  • Check moving parts (and lubricate if needed.)

  • Check blower components (and adjust if needed.)

Residential AC Maintenance

Our professional service technician will clean the following:

  • Air Handler

  • Outside Condenser Unit

  • Condensate Drain 

Our technicians may also make recommendations for additional and more involved cleaning.
